MUSIC AFRICA BEACH SPLASH 2015 HUGE SUCCESS OR GRAND SLAM?

MUSIC AFRICA BEACH SPLASH 2015 HUGE SUCCESS OR GRAND SLAM?

X-mas is over and long gone. The hangover is also long gone. Nigeria's music pre-season swings into gear with artistes activating their creative modes. "studio Rats" all crawling back to their studio bases to hibernate and draw deep from their inspiration wells to churn out the anthems that will dominate the airwaves in the 3rd quarter of 2016. For those of us who chronicle their activities however, we hope there is meat enough to chew until the 4th quarter of 2016 when the new music season kicks in, in earnest yet again.

MABS 2015 generated a lot of pre-event hype and excitement. From the serene, exotic atmosphere of Chakaville -- Lagos' premium beach resort, Music Africa (CLICK TO VISIT THE MUSIC AFRICA.WEBSITE ) rocked 'Lasgidi' from noon on 20th Dec 2015 till the wee hours of the 21st.

But you may want to ask, did the show deliver on its promise? Was it simply a huge success or a grand slam? Images from MABS 2015 tell the story.
